Meet Your Farmer!

Updated: Aug 15, 2023

Have you ever heard the phrase “know your farmer”? At HEAL Farms, that is a phrase that resonates deeply with us.

We believe in the importance of establishing a connection and building trust between farmers and consumers. It is so important for you to know where your food is coming from and trust the person selling it. With that in mind, allow us to introduce ourselves, so you can truly know your farmer.

Our Crew

I hope you’re ready because you’re about to meet our incredible crew. It’s an extensive lineup. Are you ready?

Your farmers…

Adam and Katie!

Okay, maybe it’s not quite the long list you were expecting, but hey, we believe in quality over quantity.

As a husband and wife team, we wear multiple hats when it comes to running our farm.

From managing the day-to-day operations, caring for our animals, packing orders, promoting our farm… you get the idea.

We infuse our hearts and hands into every aspect of our operation.

That means you can count on Adam or myself to personally assist you if you ever reach out with questions or requests.

Of course we can't forget about our 3 little farmers: Kato, Mae and Koa.

They also work tirelessly getting their hands (and clothes) dirty as they explore and learn all about farm life.

While these little farmers may not wear traditional hats, they add entertainment, laughter, love and a hint of chaos to our farming adventures.

If you follow us on Facebook or Instagram, you'll see some amusing stories that capture the endearing moments of our journey, bringing an extra touch of warmth and laughter to our farm's story.

So, while our crew may be small in numbers, we make up for it with an abundance of passion, dedication, and love for what we do.

HEAL Farms

At HEAL Farms, we specialize in raising pasture-raised chicken with the highest standards and quality.

Our chickens enjoy a healthy life on our pastures, where they can forage for insects, bask in the sunshine, breathe fresh air, and live their best life as nature intended.

This results in meat that is flavorful, tender, and packed with nutrients.

In addition to our pasture-raised chicken, we occasionally have 100% grass-fed/ grass-finished beef and woodland pastured pork available.

Our Philosophy

At HEAL Farms, we use creation as our guide.

We believe that nature holds the key to how we care for our animals and ecosystems.

From soil health, to the animals, to the food on your plate, every element plays a vital role in our commitment to providing you with the healthiest and most nutrient dense foods.

Our Promise to You

When you choose HEAL Farms, you can have a peace of mind knowing where your food is coming from.

Adam and I (Katie) believe that trust is at the heart of our relationship with you.

We are committed to full transparency.

We encourage you to ask questions, visit our farm, and witness firsthand the passion that goes into every aspect of our operation.

Thank you for trusting us to oversee the raising of your food and for supporting our small family farm.
