Shipping Info

We offer shipping options to any address that UPS can deliver throughout the 48 contiguous states. Free Shipping is only offered to limited locations within our 2 day Ground Network.  Check your location.

The order deadline is on Mondays at 5:00 PM. All orders are shipped out weekly from our farm on Tuesdays so you can expect your order to arrive on or before Thursday.

·         FREE ground shipping on all orders over $249 in our Ground Network.

·         Orders placed within 50 miles of our farm can take advantage of our local flat rate shipping for $20 on any order size.

·         Orders outside of our 2-day Ground Network must be upgraded to 2nd Day Air shipping due to the amount of time they would be in transit. These shipping totals are calculated per pound, per mile by our shipping provider UPS.

·         We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

·         Expect all orders to arrive within 2 business days.

If your order cannot be received within 2 days using ground shipping, our website will not allow you to choose ground as the shipping option. If you are not given the ground option, you must use 2nd Day Air. 2nd Day Air charges are based on weight and distance. If you have any concerns regarding shipping, please contact us for additional details.

We take food safety and shipping our products very seriously. We take as many measures as possible to ensure your order arrives in a safe condition. It is possible that a portion of your order may not arrive completely frozen, especially when the weather is very warm. We suggest consuming any beef within seven (7) days and any poultry within three (3) days or refreeze the items upon arrival. Read more about freezing and food safely

As long as your meat feels cold to the touch, the products have not been compromised. If any of your order is warm to the touch upon arrival, we suggest sending us a photo of the item and your order number to Adam.Mason@HEALfarms.com and then discard that portion of the order. We will take the necessary steps to identify the problem and work with you for a resolution that's reasonable and manageable by everyone.

The U. S. Dept. of Agriculture (USDA) advises: “Once the food is thawed in the refrigerator (40℉), it is safe to refreeze it without cooking, although there may be a loss of quality due to the moisture lost through thawing.” After cooking raw foods that were previously frozen, it is safe to freeze the cooked foods. If you believe the temperatures didn't drop below average refrigerator settings, we suggest you refreeze. If you are concerned about any of your products, we suggest cooking them and then freezing. Read more about freezing and food safely
