- Most growers’ prices do not reflect the total price of the meat. Typically, the butcher’s price is left out and worked between the customer and the butcher. We want to make this process convenient, easy and streamlined as possible for you. We take care of all the butcher fees, transportation and confusion that can occur on that end of things. All you have to do is order and pick up.

Cuts in Pork Packages (Half Pig is 1/2 Amount):

  • Bacon (Medium Sized Slices) ~10-15 lbs.
  • Bone-In Pork Chops ~20-25 lbs.
  • Steaks ~5-10 lbs.
  • ½ Ham ~10-15 lbs.
  • Roast (Great for Pulled Pork) ~5-10 lbs.
  • Sausage (Black Pepper and Himalayan Pink Salt) ~10-15 lbs.
  • Short Ribs ~5 lbs.
  • Leaf Lard (Render Down to Make Lard) ~5 lbs.
  • Misc. Cuts/Bones (Pork Bone Broth) ~10-15 lbs.

*All Weights Vary Based on Weight of Animal


Ordering Instructions:

-  A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve either a half or whole pig package. The deposit will apply toward the total price. The total price is calculated per pound of hanging weight (weight of carcass before butchering). After the pork has been processed, the remainder of the price will be due on the day of pick up. Each carcass will vary in weight. We estimate hanging weights to average around 150-175 lbs. per whole pig and 65-90 lbs. per half pig.


Pick Up:

-  We estimate the pork to be available in mid to late summer. Once the animals are ready to go to processing, you will be notified. It will be shortly after this that the pork will be ready for pick up. Due to the lack of freezer space the pork will need to be picked up on the arranged date.
